I have always been interested in martial arts and also Chinese history. An interesting concept here is the concept of chi, which is supposed to be an energy force in the body according to tradional Chinese thought. Out of these traditional Chinese thoughts arose such things as tai chi, which is practiced by millions of people not only in Chinese and it apparently gives its practitioners a big boost to their health.
