I had begun writing it, but it takes a lot of research to get this out, and I didn’t have the time. Then I turned to other topics. An initial very rough draft of that article (and a bunch of research notes) exists, but I am still not sure when I will get back to finalizing it. The article has been sitting put for a long time now unfortunately.
