No matter, whether you are doing exercise at the gym or at home, because if you plan to travel for some reasons(either for business meets or for pleasure) from the comfort of your personal constituency to other location, then your whole workout routine can get thrown out the window. Yes, you can use hotel gyms, but if it is crappy, then what will you do? Here, the author has suggested some bodyweight exercises that are travel-friendly. Better you should do the above workouts in order to stay in shape while traveling. Yes, this post is worth reading. I will definitely recommend this:)

I didn't forget the pull ups :) Those are probably one of the best exercises ever in my opinion. I just tried to include the exercises that you can do in your hotel room. Yeah kids playgrounds are awesome for finding equipment that you can use to do all sorts of bodyweight exercises. :)

Don't forget the pullups!
I normally find myself working out in a park/playground when travelling that allows me to throw in pullup/chinup variations along with hanging leg raises etc.
