These 3 strategies are important for an man who is looking to make moves up the corporate ladder.

Political Alliances are always important! I tend to use it at work all the time. Being generous by giving them my attention when they need something or are having issues with their equipment.
Also when a problem arises that no one knows how to fix I would step up and figure out how to fix the problem. When this happens usually people are looking over your shoulder and when you solve it you become the go to man!
Because of the strategies above I quickly went up the ladder to Manager.
Its all about strategies!
Even in the way you walk! Walk with your head up, shoulders back with a little swag shows confidence, People will literally move out of your way.
