Yes you can, but you have to be especially careful with things like deadlifts and squats and learn the proper way of lifting (the form), because it is very easy to get injured. So before attempting to go really heavy, make sure that you have the form down. And also don&#039;t forget to eat. The routine is secondary, it&#039;s the nutrition part that makes you gain weight and muscle. :) Good luck]]></description>
